Refund & Return Policy

If your shipment arrives damaged, or if independent testing shows a lot falls below the published specification, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Eligibility

Sealed, unopened vials within 14 days of delivery. Original lot number required.

Process

Email research@verifiedbioscience.com with your order number, lot, and a description of the issue. We will issue an RMA within one business day.
